Summer Schedule July / Aug 2010
Dear Students/Parents
I would like to inform you of a few changes we will be experiencing over the next 7 weeks.
Bishop Challoner Closing for Summer Building Work
It is not normal practise for the school to close during the summer but due to health and safety this precaution had to be taken. All activities have been cancelled and the school will reopen in September.
From Sat 31st July 2010 we have arranged for all our classes to be moved to St Mary’s and St Michaels School Hall for this period, so our classes will continue as normal throughout the summer.
There may be the odd occasion were the hall may need to be used for funerals in which case I have requested the use of the school grounds to train outside if the weather is good.
Please look at teh picture below (see the X marked on the picture) go through these gates and follow the path around to the left side of the building to get to the Hall.For the first 2 weeks there will be someone waiting at the gates to guide you around

1st Class on Sat 31st July 2010
Unfortunately on this day the hall had been booked for an event many months ago so we will not be able to use the hall. Training will be held in the school grounds on this day. I highly recommend that all students wear light trainers and a track suite top if it is slightly cooler. If the weather is bad and rain is predicted we will cancel class.
The main page of the website will be kept fully up to date about class cancelations. Please keep a close eye on the website over the next few weeks. I will also be informed by email you if there are any changes.
Class During The Summer Period
The Tuesday Class in Walthamstow will take a 4 week break from the 10/08/2010
Saturday classes will run as normal. During Ramadan the Junior/Adults classes will be relaxed and paced. For those who are unaffected by Ramadan you can continue the hard work.
