Welcome to our Stratford Venue. We hold classes at the Centre Stage Studio which is 5-7 minutes walk from Maryland Overground station. We are currently running a children’s class and an adult’s class at this venue.
We have a fun and structured class for children to develop strong foundations key Taekwondo skills. For the Ladies class we have fun and challenging classes covering Taekwondo skills, self-defense and fitness. Beginner or experienced this will be a class you will enjoy.
