Welcome to Hadri Taekwondo – Poplar. We are based in Poplar Harca -Teviot Centre which is a local community hub providing activities and opportunities for local residents.
We are currently running a mixed class for student fro the sage of 6+ years old. We have students with a wide range of abilities starting from beginners ranging up to advance level.
Our classes aim to educate everyone as to what Taekwondo is all about. We look and increase awareness around health benefits of Taekwondo. Once the basics have been mastered, we build on the knowledge, encouraging participation in competitions and exams. This develops self confidence as well as progression in knowledge.
