Big well done to everyone who competed at the British National Championships in sparring 24-25 Sept 2016. The team worked hard work to prepare and the results speak for themselves.
We came back with 7 x Medals. 1 x Gold, 2 x Silver and 4 x Bronze. It was a long day but full of energy and a great environment at the Copperbox Arena.
