What a fantastic start to our winter exam preparation with a jam packed seminar.

We had 2 sessions on the day with our Grand Master. One for colour belts and anther for Black Belts. We covered many aspects of traditional Taekwondo and plenty of Poomsae. It was great to see all the Black Belts and Instructors get on the floor. Watch this space for the next one which is due in the New Year.

Everyone is returning form the summer break and exam preparations have begun.

All classes are now focusing on the exams which will take place in November. We have plenty of time and I know many of you are eager to get their hands on their next belts. The academy instructors will do their best to help you prepare. Good luck.
